Beacon designs and manufactures electro-polished stainless steel wire molds in a variety of shapes and sizes to form whole muscle, restructured, flaked and formed, chunked, and emulsions. Beacon wire molds have individual cross wire welding for greater durability, allow maximum smoke and heat penetration for faster cooking, and are easy to clean
for immediate reuse.
