| Our challenge, considering the ever increasing cost of stainless steel, is to design Screens to carry the maximum weight required using the minimum amount of stainless steel. We are very good at making these determinations. This display of Screens is a tiny sample of a multitude of Screens that Beacon has designed and manufactured over the years to meet the exact specifications of our customers. All screens are manufactured from T-304 electropolished stainless steel. Beacon designs and manufactures both Trucks and their matching Screens to meet the customers needs. |

V-SCREENS To increase the capacity of smokehouses, horizontal processing of bolo and other log products created the design of the "V" Screen which will prevent the log products from touching. The requirement for these style screens, that will support ever increasing product weight, demands a high level of engineering skills and unique tooling and machine capabilities. Beacon has been successful in meeting these demands, plus designing "V" Screens that space the product to allow maximum airflow. |

DOUBLE -FRAME SCREENS Our Double-Frame Screens were designed to be used with product that has a tendency to roll and fall off a flat single frame screen. The top frame allows the screen to act as a basket, containing product within the screen. The two frames also gives the screen added strength for heavier loads. |

VERTICAL PROCESSING SCREENS We call them Rib Racks. Beacon designed there screens to fill our customers' need to increase the load capacity of their smokehouse/ ovens when processing ribs to be barbecued. These Rib Racks can carry in excess of 150 Ibs. Smokehouse/oven capacity has been increased by over 70%. WOW! |
