IT-100 INSTA-PRESS
PATENTED PRESSING TRUCK

The Patented IT-100 Insta-Press Pressing Truck presses
product up to 7" in diameter to the exact same thickness
on all levels. The Insta-Press Truck keeps uniform
spring pressure on the product throughout the entire
processing cycle. Continuous spring pressure during
processing, assists in pressing out any air pockets,
resulting in longer shelf life and higher yields.

SPECIAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Beacon has designed special units with screen
sizes up to 48" x 48". We have also manufactured
six level trucks for smaller ovens.
Beacon has also engineered units fitted with wire
molds to form products into special shapes.

Beacon has nearly 200 units currently in use; give it a try in your facility. Our standard unit is
available for testing. Your only obligation is clean up and freight.
